PIABW350 Auto Bore Welder

The PIINC PIABW350 Auto Bore Welder is a portable internal diameter (I.D.) welding system designed for on-site repair of worn or damaged bore surfaces. With an internal diameter welding range of 40–450 mm and a welding stroke of 208 mm, the PIABW350 provides a practical solution for restoring specialty parts and equipment components, helping reduce the need for costly component replacement.

Designed for both vertical and horizontal welding positions, the PIABW350 can work directly with a compatible MIG wire feeder machine. To simplify integration, the bore welder can be supplied with a connection compatible with your existing welding machine, including European, Panasonic, Miller, Lincoln, and other specified connection types.

The PIABW350 Auto Bore Welder is particularly well suited for use with PIINC PIPLB50, PIPLB50IMP, and PIPLB60 portable line boring machines. Combining line boring and bore welding in one setup can help streamline repair work, reduce equipment downtime, and improve on-site maintenance efficiency.
