Electric Flat Gate Valve

Product Overview: The Flat Gate Valve is specifically engineered for critical high-pressure applications (5,000 PSI to 15,000 PSI and rated up to 20,000 PSI) on oilfield wellhead equipment, Christmas trees, and manifold systems. Available in both rising stem (open stem) and non-rising stem configurations, this valve delivers exceptional operational reliability through an all-metal sealing architecture—completely free of elastomeric rubber materials.

Key Features & Advantages:

• Forged Construction & All-Metal Sealing: Forged valve body and bonnet feature full metal-to-metal seals across the body-to-bonnet, seat-to-body (wave spring pre-tightened), seat-to-gate, and backseat interfaces.

• Under-Pressure Backseat Sealing: Metal-to-metal backseat sealing capability allows pressure containment regardless of the gate position, supported by a bonnet fitting directly above the backseat.

• Protective Gate Guide System: Integrated gate guide rod seals in body lubricant and shields the gate surface from abrasive process media.

• Low Operating Torque & Actuation Options: Engineered for low-effort manual operation or seamless integration with pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic actuators.

• NACE MR0175 Sour Service Ready: Fully compliant with NACE MR0175 guidelines for sour environments containing H₂S and CO₂.
