PIABW360 Auto Bore Welder

The PIINC PIABW360 Auto Bore Welder is a portable internal diameter (I.D.) welding system designed for on-site repair of worn or damaged bore surfaces. With a specified I.D. welding range of 40–600 mm and a welding stroke of 300 mm, the PIABW360 provides a practical solution for restoring suitable industrial equipment components and specialty parts, helping reduce the need for costly replacement.

Designed for both vertical and horizontal welding positions, the PIABW360 works directly with a compatible MIG wire feeder machine. To simplify integration with existing welding equipment, the bore welder can be supplied with a connection matching the customer's specified welding machine, including European, Panasonic, Miller, Lincoln, and other connection types.

The PIABW360 is designed to work with PIINC PIPLB50, PIPLB50IMP, and PIPLB60 portable line boring machines. By combining bore welding and line boring in one setup, users can streamline on-site repair work, reduce setup time, and help improve equipment availability.
