Shale Shaker Screen

Hook Strip Flat Shaker Screen

Hook Strip Flat Screen is constructed with two or three layers of stainless steel wire cloths bonded to a metal support plank. It's the most common kind of Shale Shaker Screen, can be widely used in different conditions of drilling operation.

Wave Shaker Screen

Wave Shaker Screen has unique wavy, it is the replacement products of flat screen. Without changing the construction of shakers, the using of the waved vibrating screen can improve the quality of drilling fluid and increase the production. Effective filtration area of wave screen can up to 125% to 150% as the same specifications flat net, so the handling capacity increases a lot.

Composite Frame Shaker Screen

The main feature of composite frame screen is as follow:

1. High strength plastic frame and moderate tension screen cloth that form a reliable whole, so it greatly enhance the tolerable flow;

2. The screen is divided into several independent small cloths to prevent excessive expansion of local damage. At the same time, with a special rubber plug to repair the damage, it can increase the service life and reduce the use cost;

3. Rapid wedge tension devices make the installation of the composite frame screen more convenient, and save the time of changing the screen by stop the machine;

4. Excellent polyurethane material of the frame enhance the corrosion resistance of the composite frame screen greatly.

Metal Frame Shaker Screen

1. The stainless steel wire cloth combined directly bonded on the metal plank, then tightly bonded together by metal frames and metal plank.

2. Every layer of wire cloth has different meshes, accurately and reasonably making screening more micro mesh.

3. It forms a reliable whole, with high-strength metal frame, reinforced supports and moderate tension screening cloth, which greatly enhances the tolerate flow, strength and working life.

Compound Screen Mesh (Hook Strip Type Soft Screen)

Compound screen mesh is similar with the hookstrip flat screen on the structure.

The main features of the compound screen mesh is as follows:

1. By 2 to 3 layers of stainless steel mesh cloths bonding as a whole without metal plank.

2. The characteristics: Install on the shaker by the way of crisperding without metal branch cuttings fiber towel glue and with large effective area.

3. The wire diameter of the bottom layer of the screen mesh is relatively coarse, which plays the roles of screening and supporting with the upper layer and extends the life of the screen.

Replacement Screens for MUDCUBE Shakers

The filterbelts have the same or even better durability than the traditional frame type. With the filterbelt rotating on the MudCube, wear is distributed over the entire belt compared with a traditional shaker where you will experience static impact areas on the screens more exposed to failures.

Polyurethane High Frequency Screen

Polyurethane screen using for mining and quarrying plant, it has high strength, stiffness and bearing capacity, and can effectively reduce vibration noise, improve the service life of the screen.
