Emergency Unloading Valve
The emergency unloading valve, also known as a safety valve, is a direct-acting, self-resetting valve designed for automatic overpressure protection. Utilizing a spring-loaded ball and ball seat release mechanism, the valve automatically overflows when system pressure exceeds the preset setpoint—safeguarding personnel and high-pressure equipment.
Key Features & Applications
Adjustable Release Pressure: A top adjusting bolt allows operators to easily adjust the release pressure from 14 MPa to 140 MPa.
Automatic Operation: Powered directly by system pressure, the valve opens automatically when pressure exceeds the preset limit and reseals/closes automatically once pressure drops.
Versatile High-Pressure Deployment: Suitable for high-pressure fluid control pipelines with maximum working pressures of 105 MPa or 140 MPa, reciprocating piston pumps, pressure vessels, and other systems requiring reliable overpressure protection.
