The wedge-shaped manual choke valve features a design where one side rests close to the inner wall of the valve seat, preventing valve core vibration when impacted by fluid. By incorporating a specialized diversion surface, the valve reduces the transverse fluid force acting on the core—substantially lowering the risk of core fracture, preventing blowouts, enhancing operational safety for oil wells, and improving both anti-erosion resistance and overall service life.
