VFD intelligent variable frequency high-speed centrifuge
PIINC VFD intelligent variable frequency high-speed centrifuge is controlled by PLC programming. The drum speed can be adjusted steplessly within the design range. The control cabinet is designed with a color explosion-proof touch screen, which can display parameters such as drum speed, working current, torque, main bearing temperature, whole machine vibration, differential speed and alarm information. This equipment is suitable for customers who need intelligent and efficient centrifuges, such as upgrading and renovating the original solid control equipment, configuring intelligent drilling rigs for the original solid control equipment, and oil-based mud treatment.
VFD variable frequency centrifuge
PIINC VFD variable frequency centrifuge separation particle size is 2~5 µm, and the barite recovery rate can reach more than 90%. This equipment is mainly suitable for occasions where the mud density changes greatly and the working conditions are complex, and it is necessary to adjust the centrifuge operating parameters to achieve the ideal treatment effect, such as shale gas wells and high temperature and high pressure wells.
Power frequency centrifuge
PIINC power frequency centrifuge is suitable for conventional drilling mud purification treatment. Its configuration is more economical and it is the preferred centrifuge for conventional drilling mud. It is mainly used to remove fine particles of 2 ~ 5µm in drilling fluid and harmful solid phases of 6 ~ 10µm in drilling fluid.
Fully hydraulic centrifuge
PIINC FHD type horizontal screw centrifuge is a brand-new solid control equipment. It adopts a hydraulic centrifuge composed of imported hydraulic pumps and motors, which can achieve variable speed, large transmission torque and reliable speed. At the same time, the hydraulic differential transmission torque can be automatically adjusted according to the actual working conditions. It can adapt to muds of various properties.
