Disc Gate Valve

The disc gate valve is designed for high-pressure pipeline installation or for use as an integral component of wellhead equipment. Compared to ordinary gate valve designs, the disc gate valve offers several distinct engineering advantages:

• Forged Body Construction: The valve shell is manufactured from a forging blank for enhanced structural integrity.

• Stainless Steel Trim: Both the gate and valve seat are fabricated from stainless steel.

• Reduced Operating Torque: The open-close operating torque is 4.5 times less than that of standard gate valves.

• Minimal Lubrication: Requires less than 3 times the lubrication volume needed for routine maintenance.

• Extended Maintenance Cycles: Maintenance intervals are reduced by 5 times, with lubricating oil circulated once every 100 cycles.

• Low Maintenance Cost & Warranty: Features a low repair cost and is backed by a 3-year warranty.
